Privacy policy

What we collect

Contact form. Name, email, phone (optional), your message and the page it was sent from. We use it for one purpose: to answer you and, if you become a client, to onboard you. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Analytics. Only after you click “Allow” in the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages help visitors. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can clear your browser storage at any time to withdraw the choice.

Server logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, rotated on a short schedule.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked for something that requires them.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry data is stored in our CRM and mail systems and is accessible only to the team handling your request. Where service delivery requires it (for example, an audit engagement with a licensed Cyprus audit firm), we share the minimum necessary and tell you first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@kyprio.io; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus.
