Kyprio is the working brand of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD, registration number HE 465393, a Cyprus company with its office in Nicosia. That is the whole corporate story: one registered firm, one team, no network of shell brands.

We register Cyprus companies for foreign founders and then run them — bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, financial statements, the annual return — together with the owner’s side of the move: tax residency, non-dom setup, residence permits for the founder and the team.

How we work

One team, one thread. The people who register your company sit in the same office as the people who will file its VAT returns and prepare its financial statements. Nothing is handed off to an anonymous back office in another country, and you don’t re-explain your case at every step.

Fixed fees, quoted in writing. You get the number before we start, not after. Where a task genuinely can’t be priced upfront — some disputes with authorities can’t — we say so and agree the basis first. Current service scopes are described on the company formation and accounting pages.

Four working languages. English, Greek, Russian and Ukrainian — for documents, calls and the day-to-day questions in between.

Dated numbers with sources. Every rate, threshold and deadline we publish carries an “updated” date and a source from a Cyprus authority. Where a rule is mid-change, we write that it is pending instead of pretending it is settled. You should never plan a company or a relocation around a number nobody can trace.

What we don’t do

• No aggressive schemes. If a structure only works while nobody looks at it closely, it does not work. We won’t build it.
• No guarantees we don’t control. Banks decide account openings; migration authorities decide permits. Anyone who “guarantees” those outcomes is charging you for their confidence, not their work.
• No substance theatre. A paper director who has never seen the company’s contracts is not management and control — and banks and tax authorities have become very good at noticing. If your setup needs real substance, we build it for real, or we tell you Cyprus is the wrong answer.
• No invented expertise. No fake team bios, no purchased awards, no testimonials we can’t stand behind.

Audits: performed by licensed ICPAC firms

We are not an audit firm, and we consider that a feature. Statutory audits of client companies are carried out by licensed Cyprus audit firms — ICPAC members — that we work with regularly. Our team prepares the financial statements and the audit file, answers the auditor’s questions and owns the deadline; the opinion stays independent, as it should. You get one accountable contact and a clean separation of roles.
