The people behind Kyprio
Kyprio is not a call centre or a lead-generation front. It is the Cyprus-facing practice of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD (HE 465393), a Nicosia firm licensed as an Administrative Service Provider by the Cyprus Bar Association. The same five people below register the companies, keep the books, sign the filings and write these pages.
Every page on this site names its author and the person who reviewed it, and those names link back here. If a figure on this site is wrong, one of these five is responsible for it — that is the point of naming them.
Vladyslav Drapii
Vladyslav co-founded the practice and is a registered director of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD in the Cyprus Bar Association's ASP registry. Kyprio is the firm's Cyprus-facing arm, and he is the person who decides what it publishes and what it will not.
Stanislav Skliarov
Stanislav co-founded the practice and is a registered director of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD in the Cyprus Bar Association's ASP registry, alongside Vladyslav and Christina.
Christina Agapiou
In the Cyprus Bar Association's ASP registry, Christina is the lawyer the firm's Administrative Service Provider licence is registered against — the licence under which every Kyprio company is formed. She is also a director of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD. Her work is Cyprus company law: incorporation and shareholder structures, holdings and trusts, and the licensing regimes built on top of them.
Ioannis Akritidis
Ioannis runs the part of the Cyprus year that catches founders out: the filing calendar. Bookkeeping and VAT, VIES for EU clients, payroll and social insurance, statutory financial statements and the HE32 annual return — including the deadlines and what it costs to miss them. The accounting and payroll pages on this site are his.
Vasiliki Chatzigeorgiou
Vasiliki is registered with the Cyprus Bar Association as the compliance officer of LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD, which makes her the person answerable for the firm's AML and know-your-client obligations. She is also the last read on this site: every rate, threshold and deadline published here is checked against the law in force before the page goes live.
