Who we are. This website is operated by LEGARITHM CYPRUS LTD (“Kyprio”, “we”), a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 465393, with its registered office at Arch. Makarios III Avenue 1–7, Mitsis Building 3, 3rd floor, Office 302, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus. Information, not advice

Content on this site, including guides, rates, deadlines and calculator results, is general information. It is not tax, legal or investment advice and does not create a client relationship. Cyprus rules change. Every figure carries an “updated” date and a source, but you should confirm how a rule applies to your own facts before acting. We provide professional services only under a separate written engagement.

Licences

We hold an Administrative Service Provider licence and act within it. We do not hold a CySEC, crypto-asset (CASP), betting, audit or immigration licence of our own. Where a page describes such a licence or permit, the authorisation is granted by the relevant authority to your company or to you, and our role is to prepare and coordinate the application. Audits are carried out by licensed Cyprus audit firms.

Calculators

The calculators apply the published rules referenced on their pages to typical employment and dividend income. They do not cover every allowance, deduction or personal circumstance. Results are estimates to help you plan, not a basis for a tax return.

Acceptable use

You may link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, republish substantial parts without permission, or use the content in a way that misrepresents its source.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on this site without a written engagement with us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
